A Bit About Me
I am guided by the belief that human beings need connection and care to thrive, survive and grow. I believe in each person's innate value and wisdom and feel honored and humbled by the opportunity to join people along their paths of growth and healing. The practices and approaches that I draw from in therapeutic work
are all practices that have been healing, grounding or inspiring to me navigating my own life experiences.

Credentials: I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) and 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), working virtually and in the Greater Boston and Providence areas. I graduated from Hampshire College with a bachelor’s degree in Trauma Psychology as well as Visual Arts and Dance and a master’s degree in Social Work at Bridgewater State University.
I am here to support you with compassion, honesty and an open mind. I work primarily with young adults and adults from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. I offer 1:1 therapy, couples counseling and group therapy. I have significant training & experience in managing the aftermath of trauma and harnessing post traumatic growth. I also teach yoga in 1:1 and group spaces, focusing on trauma healing, choice making and embodiment. I serve as a consultant to several nonprofits where she offers learning experiences in Circle Practice and TCTSY. I am interested in liberatory, trauma informed, body conscious healing practices that are informed by evidence-based practice as well as social justice. I am dedicated to working towards social and racial justice in her clinical work as well as on a systems level and was a co-chair of the NASW-MA Racial Justice Council. My writing was recently featured in the book "Embodied Healing" edited by Jenn Turner as well as in the Journal of Social Work Education.
